| 2.Characteristics |
◆ The mixer forces the materials move in the radial, circumferential and axial directions by the blades which are installed specially in two shafts that rotate reversely at the same speed,
The materials are mixed homogeneously in a short time because the compound cycle is formed.
◆ It applies to solid (powder) - solid (powder) (particle size 300-2000um) mixing
work.
◆ According to customers' request, the machine can be installed with jacket and liquid spraying device so that it is able to work as a drying equipment as well.
◆ No deflection occurs when mixing the materials with large different proportion, size and other feather, so we get very homogeneous mixture.

| 3. Working principle |
| The power of the electromotor is passed through motor reducer and sprocket then drives two parallel main shaft at the same constant reverse speed. The blades installed on the main shaft at a certain angle throw the materials everywhere in the container room, which make the materials weightlessness, extensive staggered convection, and spread so that they are mixed homogeneously. No deflection occurs when mixing the materials with large different proportion and size, so it is a rapid and high efficient powder mixing equipment. This machine can add jacket and scattered rod, as well as pneumatic outlet and liquid spraying device according to customers’ request. Its parts which directly contact materials are made of carbon steel or stainless steel. |
