| 2..Characteristics |
◆ It applies to solid (powder) - solid (powder) mixing
work and also to solid (powder) - liquid mixing work.
◆Operational environment: atmospheric pressure. One direct drive device force the equipment work, special torque controlled coupling can make the machine start work at full load condition in order to prevent the dangers of overload.
◆ We can design the jackets with vacuum, with cooling or heating according to customers request.
◆ Mixing rapidly, the general powders only need about ten minutes.
◆ You can choose the manual, electric, pneumatic way for material discharging. |

| 3.Working principle |
The structure of the Lo-of mixer is shown as the figure. It is constituted by drive, "U" - type cylinder, Lo of the mixer, machine lid, support structure, outlet and other parts.
The electromotor forces the Lo-of mixer rotate through the reducer, which makes the materials move up and down at one hand and at another hand makes the materials convection between outer and inner as a result of the feather of the Lo so that we get homogeneous mixture.
It has three standard mixing designing: continuous-Lo, interrupt-Lo and blades, you can choose which way according to output from the center or the bottom. |
