1、General situation
Universal allocation homogenizer consists of allocation, mixing, smashing, homogenizing equipments, etc. Its main function is homogeneously mixing powder and liquid and smashing the particles, conglomerations and agglomerations which come out in the process of mixing. Materials in the working cavity are entirely dispersed, emulsified and dissolved in the liquid stuff to form a meticulous and stable system. Eventually achieve a minimum fineness of 0.5mm ultra-fine high-quality products. After the unlimited test, the result shows that the product is reliable, well judged by users. This high-tech equipment, with smashing, mixing, homogenizing, emulsifying, dispersing, transportation and other integrated multifunction function, has a V-type material feeding Silo on the working platform, and there is a electrical controller box fixed in the front of the working platform. 2. Structure
Universal allocation homogenizer is a high-technological multi-functional advanced equipment. The system consists of five parts: main box, V-type material feeding Silo, electric controlling system, absorbing mixing system and smashing homogenizing system. Shell is polished by high-quality stainless steel. V-type material feeding Silo is fixed on the working platform while electric controlling system is in the front of the main box, and the pipeline of inlet and outlet are on the back side. The out pressure is ≤0.3MPa. Outlet and inlet’s connection are flanges or quick connector. The unit’s internal structure consists of the A and B system, the main function is to smash, homogenize, emulsify, disperse and transmit. The part contacting materials of the entire project are made of high-quality stainless steel, the main parts are fully forged, by high-precision CNC machining center. The main components can refer users’ needs to pass nitriding process, which will enhance wear and corrosion resistance capability. The system should open the bottom valve for cleaning and disinfecting, completely clearing the materials resting in the system.

4. Feather
◆ Powder can be completely dissolved before accessing dispersing area. This advantage can also be used to deal with spontaneous expansion powder cases : cellulose, starch, xanthan gum and bentonite.
◆ Simple process of the system will save many containers, pipelines, valves and mixers, which will reduce equipment investment and production costs.
◆ The powder is easily depolymerized to avoid traditional crafts case in which liquid powder reunions, and then depolymerizes. Cases : nanopowder dispersing.
◆ High solids content materials in powder saturation state can produce high viscosity.
◆ Ordinary mixing equipments are unable to reach a better depolymerization effect, so they usually have to add wetting agents or additional disperser. If use our system, this will not happen. The powder become humid in the dispersing cavity in the form of suspension for transmission, at this time this structural viscosity or thixotropic nature would not have a negative effect, because of the greatest masterpieces of the shear in the dispersing cavity, viscosity which change as the shear intensity is reduced to the lowest point.。
◆ Our system can reach the degree which traditional mixing technology can't realize.When the powder is rapid absorbed and evenly distributed in dispersing cavity, it avoids the formation of poly block. When the liquid passes through the stator / rotor structure system, any possible presence of poly block is removed. The cavity'sdesign has full consideration to the type of powder, and the formation of flow as well as the amount of the internal air.
◆ The machine can produce a strong vacuum to get rid of the bridge-like powder block coagulating near the inlet, those block bridge-like powder is usually some heavier powder such as limestone, iron oxide, titanium dioxide and so on.
