| 一、Working principle |
| The materials enter directly the high shear crushing area from the input by the high speed rotating electromotor, some particles such as large corporations powder, sticky cakes clumps in the stud logistics are crushed rapidly by one kind of special breaking device, then absorbed into the shear smashing area, finally broken in a very narrow working corridor by the strong friction and grind made by the stator and rotor blades’ relatively high speed cutting. By the mechanical movement and centrifugal force, the smashed thin materials are pressed into the precise milling areas again for breaking. |

The precise milling areas are divided for three levels, the outer the level, the milling blades more precise, the gear distance shorter, linear speed higher, and the materials are milled smaller, meanwhile the fluid gradually extents curve in the radial direction. | 二、Structure |
| High shear colloid miller consists of electromotor, connector, milling head, its milling plate that is forged by stainless steel has three or more grooves on the surface divided into three levels. Each level the groove blades’ number, direction and width are different. The outer the level, more precise the miller, shorter the gear’s distance, more the number of the blades, larger the shearing area, higher the linear speed, quicker the fluid, better the effect. There are three types of sealing: rigid contents of mechanical seals, installed double-sided rigid mechanical seals, metal bellows rigid mechanical seals for your choices.
