| The materials enter directly the high shear crushing area from the input
by the high speed rotating electromotor, some particles such as large corporations powder, sticky cakes clumps in the stud logistics are crushed rapidly by one kind of special breaking device, then absorbed into the shear smashing area, finally broken in a very narrow working corridor

| 7. installation notes |
(1) The equipment is double special mechanical sealed, must start after the coolant overflow in order to makes the motor activated to prevent the seal burned. The cooling water in the cylinder block and electrical connections, install it on the next out.
This type of equipment is single mechanical internal sealed, must start after materials’input.
(2) This machine’s input is at the side way and output at the top, Flange standards HG5010-58. Installation of the unit should be fixed stable, We suggest install a corrugated metal hoses or plastic hoses near the output area to prevent deformation because of negative ressure.
(3) No stones, iron and other hard goods into the equipment, when needed in the entrance to open soon add filters.
(4) If stops working for a long time, please clean the materials in the pump and when checking you must clean all the parts in the pump before installing, then rotate the electromotor manual first to hear if noise occurs from the head of the pump. If the noise exists, please reinstall until no nosie.
