High shear asphalt colloid miller is designed referring to the Germany advanced colloid miller for asphalt’s smashing, mixing, homogenizing. It is also the key equipment for the mixing smashing of the colloid and hard granular objects. This production appears stylish, smooth operating, powerful, safe and reliable while its performance is comparable to the product home and abroad.
High shear asphalt colloid miller consists of electromotor, housing and mill head, installing horizontal. Electromotor adopts ordinary type as well as anti-exploding motor. The smashing working room in the mill head is forged by high-quality stainless steel. Its main parts firstly are forged by high-quality alloy then processed roughly and precisely over ten times by automatic CNC machining center. Its quality reaches the international advanced level. The stator and rotator in the smashing working room can be adjusted manually by the distance 0.01-2mm. The mill head with heating device on its shell can be heat by conducting oil or steam. The heating device is connected by flange with the inlet to the side and the outlet at the top.

| 3. Main equipments' composition and working principle |
1、Main equipment is high shear asphalt colloid miller, then asphalt mixer, high shear mixing pump and electric controller box and so on.
2、Main function: first, SBS, stabilizer and asphalt are mixed homogenously together. Second, materials are cut at high speed then smashed thinning, afterwards, enter the next level smashing and precisely grinding area by the effect of centrifugal force where materials are sheared and milled broken again, extending to radial direction. The fluid’s direction of its instantaneous speed changes when it enters each level, and passes through strong friction, extrusion grinding, smash particles, as well as high-speed shearing by 10 million times each minute. In the three precise milling areas after the three million times in high-speed shearing, grinding smash, particle smashing, the droplets are torn effectively so that the materials are full spread, crushed, emulsified, homogenized, refined. At last the asphalt products are stable without layers. We have achieved the continuously producing, reduced production costs, improved enterprise efficiency. The yield of complete sets of equipment: 2m3/h、4m3/h、6m3/h。
