| 1. High shear dispersing micro-machine principle |
Micro-emulsified diesel is different from traditional emulsified diesel. The traditional white emulsified diesel is a non-thermodynamic stability system and stratification will occur during long time storage which has seriously impeded the emulsified oil’s promotion the application. Mixture of ordinary diesel has no special fine quality, high emulsifier content, high price and the color is white. But the micro-emulsified diesel has no difference with ordinary diesel which has not been emulsified, they both are clarified, transparent, stable liquid. In the combustion conditions, the micro-emulsified diesel has a number of remarkable special quality. The most important feather is that after using DOSHENG high shear emulsifying micro-machine, the molecules of water droplets dispersed evenly, even smaller particles, emulsified diesel more capable transparent. It can significantly reduce the amount of the emulsifier, to cost savings, increased the efficiency of enterprises.

In the diesel engine, due to the higher temperature, the cylinder produce a large number of nitrogen oxides smoke due to the higher temperature. The water in micro-emulsified diesel can lower temperature in the cylinder, and therefore reduce nitrogen oxide generation. In the combustion process, small droplets rapidly "micro-explode" due to a high temperature so that secondary aerosol oil become smaller droplets, burning more fully. At the same time the water particles in the fuel droplet generated hundreds of millions of micro-time steam explosion, which can makes micro-maintenance for the combustion chamber surface of the engine so that the surface of the combustion chamber has no deposit and effectively remove the original sediments (carbon deposit, colloid, etc.), also lowered the degree of dust and nitrogen oxide emitted.

High shear dispersing micro-machines is a new type of patent nano-technology. It has advanced design, reasonable structure, powerful function, no dead ends, easy to operate. Gathering dispersing, emulsifying, homogenizing equipments’ essence, is particularly applicable to middle and low viscosity of liquid-liquid and liquid-solid, liquid-gas fluid. In the fluid emulsifying dispersing process, the usage of this equipment can reduce the spread of the amount of emulsifier, its power is 3-5 times of ordinary high shear machine. The smallest detail dispersion is up to 0.1μ m.

High shear dispersing micro-machine consists of driven motor, housing, emulsifying head, all the parts are forged by high quality stainless steel then precisely assembled. The stator and rotator in the emulsifying head are forged in special process so its internal microstructure is more closely and more wear resistant. In the manufacturing process, strict checks are implemented at various levels. Each part must be manufactured by precise CNC process center which makes the quality reach the international advanced level in the same industry.
High shear dispersing micro-machine composes of a total of four levels. The first level, materials are absorbed rapidly into first-class working room to be mixed, homogenized by the high speed driven motor and pressed into the second level by high shear as well as centrifugal force. As the result of the stator and rotator’s moving direction and speed changing instantaneous and their relative speed, materials form strong droplets shear and turbulence in the narrow cavity, strong shock wave occurs which arises intense oscillation, besides. So droplets are deformed, smashed, fined continuously. The third level, materials’ movement angle, direction and speed changed instantaneously. Under the effect of hydrodynamics, the particles and droplets encounter high shear, extrusion, grinding, smash and breaking. The last level that is the most precise, because of the cavity is more narrow, precise, frequently shear, materials are entirely dispersed, emulsified, fined by high shear, extrusion, grinding, smash ten thousands times per minute. The minimum dispersion degree can reach 0.1 μm。 |
