| 1. High shear dispersing micro-machine principle |
It is known to all that water is polar compound while petroleum products consist of non-polar hydrocarbon compounds, and water and oil are immiscible together. It is difficult to produce non-stratified mixture of water and oil by ordinary blenders but our emulsifier is designed exclusively for fuel emulsifying. The technology process is that: the mixture of water, emulsifier and heavy oil (proportion: water 15%, emulsifier 0.3%, heavy oil the rest) are sheared, mixed, dispersed hundred thousands times per minutes by the emulsifier in order to get the relative stable and non- stratified mixed emulsified oil where the water is homogeneously dispersed.

Emulsified oil will make the so-called “micro-explosion” in the combustion process (shown as the figure followed). In the water-in-oil group elements, oil is the continuous phase, while water is the dispersed phase. Water always reaches the boiling point for evaporation first after heated because oil’s boiling point is higher than water’s. When the pressure of the droplets of oil surpasses the resultant force of the surface tension and the pressure of the environment, steam will break through the resistance of oil droplets for explosion to form smaller droplets, which is called micro-explosion or secondary atomization. After the explosion, small droplets and air are more fully mixed while oil combustion is more complete, so the internal combustion engine or fuel heater can achieve energy saving effect.

High shear dispersing micro-machines is a new type of patent nano-technology. It has advanced design, reasonable structure, powerful function, no dead ends, easy to operate. Gathering dispersing, emulsifying, homogenizing equipments’ essence, is particularly applicable to middle and low viscosity of liquid-liquid and liquid-solid, liquid-gas fluid. In the fluid emulsifying dispersing process, the usage of this equipment can reduce the spread of the amount of emulsifier, its power is 3-5 times of ordinary high shear machine. The smallest detail dispersion is up to 0.1μ m.

High shear dispersing micro-machine consists of driven motor, housing, emulsifying head, all the parts are forged by high quality stainless steel then precisely assembled. The stator and rotator in the emulsifying head are forged in special process so its internal microstructure is more closely and more wear resistant. In the manufacturing process, strict checks are implemented at various levels. Each part must be manufactured by precise CNC process center which makes the quality reach the international advanced level in the same industry.
High shear dispersing micro-machine composes of a total of four levels. The first level, materials are absorbed rapidly into first-class working room to be mixed, homogenized by the high speed driven motor and pressed into the second level by high shear as well as centrifugal force. As the result of the stator and rotator’s moving direction and speed changing instantaneous and their relative speed, materials form strong droplets shear and turbulence in the narrow cavity, strong shock wave occurs which arises intense oscillation, besides. So droplets are deformed, smashed, fined continuously. The third level, materials’ movement angle, direction and speed changed instantaneously. Under the effect of hydrodynamics, the particles and droplets encounter high shear, extrusion, grinding, smash and breaking. The last level that is the most precise, because of the cavity is more narrow, precise, frequently shear, materials are entirely dispersed, emulsified, fined by high shear, extrusion, grinding, smash ten thousands times per minute. The minimum dispersion degree can reach 0.5μm。
Several kinds of liquid are transmitted into the working room of the heavy oil smashing emulsifier driven by the high-speed motor. Fluid withstands extrusions, collisions and intense frictions and shear at the rate of hundreds of thousands or even millions times per minute so that the liquid shear and turbulence as well as local ultrasonic occur, then the colloid which are big molecule and long chain of hydrocarbon and asphalt are sheared, smashed, dispersed, which form separate short chain micro particles, at the same time, viscosity is reduced. The machine has realized the perfect level that the liquid particle’s size are 0.5μm in average, dispersed equally in the heavy oil and reach the condition of stable emulsifying without layers. |

| 5. Continuous type high-shear dispersing micro-machine production process |
|
Continuous diesel micro-emulsifying technology is easy to transform, invest lowly, no need to change the original storage process. It only need to add a set of computer controller, pump flow, dispersing emulsifying equipments, which consisting of online operations devices, with the feather of simple, practical, convenient operation, and makes the basic condition for emulsifying heavy oil as well as diesel online automated production.

| 6. High shear dispersing micro-machines sets of special equipment |
High shear dispersing micro-machine complete sets of equipment consists of the electrical controller, mixing blender kettle, diesel emulsifying blender kettle, filters, high-shear dispersing machine components, the production of 1-Remake of 80 m3 / h, can be continuous production,too.
A company which had used our heavy oil-micronizing complete sets of equipment, burned the combustion emulsified heavy oil in the former combustion boiler then they found that heating is rapid, carbon particles in the fire are reduced, the combustion effect of oil promoted, the fire become brighter, the oil burned more safely, exhaust of smoke is reduced, chimney releases no smoke with the same ignition temperature as before, which reduced the air pollution, improved the working environment and increased the efficiency of enterprises.
After applying emulsifying complete sets of equipment, generally the amount of emulsifier is0.03-0.06%,water 5-30%, then we can get availability of oil 3%-20%,SOX50%,NOX20-50%,dust 20-90%。
The data indicates that the usage of emulsified heavy fuel oil in combustion boiler makes fuel economy in general more than 8%, the concentration of sulfur dioxide emissions reduced by 22%, while its emissions volume reduced by 27% and nitrogen oxides emissions concentration reduced by 7.6%, emissions volume reduced by 13.6%, a carbon dioxide emissions concentration reduced by 25.6%, its emissions volume reduced by 25.5%, and reduce dust emission concentration by 29.5%, lower its emissions volume by 33.1%
