| 1. Heavy oil smashing emulsifier's structure |
Heavy oil smashing emulsifier consists of driving motor, connector, emulsifying head, etc. The emulsifying head is forged by high-quality stainless steel, its working room consists of two groups of stator and rotator. The first group has many layers of high shear homogenizing emulsifying stators and rotators to do high shear, mixing, dispersing and homogenizing work; The second group consists if high shear colloid miller, its main functions are high shear, smashing, dispersing, grinding and micronizing. The stators and rotators are processed by high precise CNC process center after being forged and roughly processed, whose quality have reached the international advanced level. Each group’s number of shear tooth grooves increase and the more narrow the tooth grooves’ width are, the larger the shear areas, the more precise the equipments. Final around the outer radial there are over 400 tooth whose width is about 0.5mm. The product’s obvious advantage is that the distance of stators and rotators can be adjusted by 0.01-2mm, which get ready for the nano-products. This machine’s inlet is at the side way and outlet at the top. |

Several kinds of liquid are transmitted into the working room of the heavy oil smashing emulsifier driven by the high-speed motor. Fluid withstands extrusions, collisions and intense frictions and shear at the rate of hundreds of thousands or even millions times per minute so that the liquid shear and turbulence as well as local ultrasonic occur, then the colloid which are big molecule and long chain of hydrocarbon and asphalt are sheared, smashed, dispersed, which form separate short chain micro particles, at the same time, viscosity is reduced. The machine has realized the perfect level that the liquid particle’s size are 0.1μm in average, dispersed equally in the heavy oil and reach the condition of stable emulsifying without layers. |
