| Colloid milling pump(also called high shear colloid miller)consists of absorbing, mixing, smashing, homogenizing devices. The machine takes the advantages of non-equality when the powder and liquid are mixed together to do mixing, homogenizing, smashing and micronizing work which is a new type of process. |

| Driven by motor, materials which are not homogenized are mixed and smashed primarily by the absorbing device, then transmitted to high shear mixing smashing area where the materials are continuously grinded, smashed, homogenized by the stator and rotator’s relative moving in the working area whose structure is complex. The working area are divided into three sections: first level is absorbing, mixing, smashing; second level is mixing, smashing, homogenizing; third level is homogenizing, micronizing, transmitting. Its shell has cooling jacket, the sealing part is anti-high temperature. This machine’s input is at the side way and output at the top. |
